Learn at your own pace with PADI eLearning. Complete the knowledge portion online before class so you arrive confident and ready to dive.
Once academics are done, you’ll jump straight into the fun during your first in-water session!
You’ll learn how to use all essential scuba equipment, including:
Mask, snorkel & fins
Regulator
Buoyancy Control Device (BCD)
Tank & weights
You’ll need to purchase or rent your own personal gear:
Mask
Fins
Snorkel
Booties & gloves (scuba-quality)
Wetsuit
Practice your skills in a controlled pool environment with close instructor supervision. You’ll build confidence, master core skills, and complete your confined water training before heading to the ocean.
This is where it all comes together!
After your instructor signs off on your training dives, you’ll complete open water dives at Southern California’s top dive sites and earn your PADI Open Water Diver certification — recognized worldwide.
